The Plate Market Ltd will endeavour to complete all transfers as quickly as possible. However, The Plate Market Ltd will not be held responsible for any losses caused as a result of delays to the transfer process due to either the buyer or seller delaying the sending of documents to us, or delays at the DVLA. Nor will The Plate Market Ltd be held responsible for any losses caused as a result of the buyer withdrawing from the sale.

  11. The seller must inform The Plate Market Ltd (before a buyer is found) should the registration number be withdrawn from sale for any reason. This should be in writing, by recorded delivery.
